OUR PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE. In case of damage or wrong order processing, we provide replacement.  We arrange for pick up from the same location and shipping to the same location. In case of wrong order processing, The parcels should not be damaged or opened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 24hrs of reception and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Try capturing opening video or Pictures for more transparency. 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before leaving from our premises. Once the shipment status in your account shows as “PICKED UP”, we will not cancel the order.
