At LittleCherry Mom, we are committed to delivering healthy, millet-based baby food to your doorstep quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details.
1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details.
2. Shipping Duration
Our standard delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
- Remote or rural areas: Up to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will apply to orders below ₹499.
- Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on location.
4. Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- If your area is not covered, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
- You can also track your order under "My Orders" in your LittleCherry Mom account.
6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
- In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt redelivery once.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
- If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please email us at care@littlecherrymom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
